Let me start by saying that I took some time to de-stress after all the emotional turmoil of the last few weeks. I booked a session with a therapist and worked on getting my head into a good space. The results have been positive. I have been able to tidy my work space which in turn helps how I feel. I have a number of other areas to work on as yet but I can now move forward.
The knitting has been going backwards. This has been because I no longer use the same technique that has been my way of working for all my life. I got up to the armholes and then found I didn't have the right needles for the sleeves so had to buy some more. Then I completely messed up the first sleeve and have had to un-pull it, almost to the beginning. So we start again.
I have made new machine covers for my sewing machines.
The old machine, which is my good friend.
And the new machine with whom I am fighting constantly.
I needed these because of the humidity you get living so close to the water. I need to have extra protection from the damp and it is very damp at the moment.
I have the next quilt on the "noodles" ready to pin up
and I bought a lot of fabric 2nd hand at my last patchwork meeting. I think that this one will be a whole quilt that I can practise my quilting on. I have 15 free lessons stored on my computer from Pauline's Quilting World.
I bought some of her quilting equipment almost a year ago and have put off doing the classes.
Now I want to sit quietly and continue with the canvas work.
You've got a lot planned!

And there is all the social stuff, family stuff and other goings on!

I don't know where you get all your energy from, but sorting out your workspace obviously had a positive effect.
Everything here is so colourful!
