Light

With all the troubles that greet us every time we look at our phones, turn on the radio or TV I am so grateful for the wonderful place I live, even with the weather, which has been so wet.  But then for a brief time this morning the sun came out and my garden was transformed.

Looking down on the water it flashed in the sunlight, with a puff of smoke from the sugar mill on the horizon.

What a wonderful way to start the day?
