The Journey

It has been a difficult week past, and there is a lot more to come, but, I am still here.

Unfortunately my medical results were not good, but life goes one, for now.  I return to find out what options I have today.  You know, what ever those options are I am quite resigned to what ever the outcome might be, positive or negative. 

The weather here has been wild, with high seas, strong winds and all the ferry's broke down so we had to travel on the barge.  That was interesting and very windy and wet. But the sunsets have been wonderful.

I have to say that I have had great support from my designated nurse.  She has been with me all the time while I was in hospital and will be there to support me when I visit the specialist tomorrow. 

One of the blogs from which I have found comfort has been My Giant Strawberry.  I have not bought anything here just taken 'refreshment for my soul.'  The beauty of this image touched me.  Welll worth a read and lots of inspiration for embroidery.
