Looks like I have found a great source of my 1920 designs at the Antique Pattern Library, and, all these designs are free. This is an embroidery design but I think it would also make a great quilting design.
And there seems to be a whole heap of these French Magazines.
And lots of inspiration as well.
Those butterflys look like some Japanese embroidery I have seen!
