A catch up day
Day 248

Some progress this week.  I have completed another block on my Fusion piece.  As this is right on the edge I was playing around with placing it off centre.

It looks better when you see the whole design.  Only 5 more blocks to complete and then I have to think about what I will do with the borders.

As to my pincushion, well that last one was terrible so I got the scissors, cut it up and put it in the garbage.  That feels so much better.

You can see what others have been stitching over at Pintangle.

Your Fusion piece is growing more beautiful and interesting for each block you work. It was a good idea to do this one off centre.
I am glad you did not feel any regret giving the pin cushion the scissor treatment! One less item to think about.

It is very difficult to take the scissors to a piece of work but sometimes it just has to be done.
When I was away with friends, Maggie put her knitting in the fire, then started again. I was shocked.
But it showed me that it can be done.

Only five to go - the end is nearly in sight!
