There are mice that sew you know?

There are too.  There are those mice who made Cinderella's dress not to forget the mice that helped the 'Tailor of Gloucester'.

There is the Tale of Despereaux

And the story of Helen who was a steamstress and just loved sewing too much.  She ended up with a cat problem.

There are so many mice that sew that I have decided that they need to come to my next Children's Class at the Embroiderers' Guild in Brisbane, Qld.  We are going to make a bag to put our sewing in,

IMG_0072and also learn how to sew words. I found a great old book that shows how to do that.  You can find this at the Antique Pattern Library as a free download.

All the information should be on the Guild's Website in the next couple of days.  So if you would like your student to attend you can find enrolment information at their site.
