Tomorrow

Tomorrow is the day I go and babysit my grand daughter while her Mum goes to work.  It is hard work, but I love it.  I had forgotten that babies take so much time.  We go to the library in the morning to listen to story time.  She loves the stories but hasn't really worked out the songs yet. 

She is now 8 months old and interested in everything.

She is almost but not quite crawling.  I think she has a long list of thing she is waiting to get her hands on.

With summer just around the corner her Mum has been getting her used to putting on a hat when she goes outside, and now she has sunnies as well.  She looks so cool.

We are going to have to be careful of this one in the sun.  Very fair skin, fair hair and pale blue eyes.  Not good when you live in the sub tropics.  My daughter is much the same only she has red hair and green eyes and both of my boys are fair .  I'm the odd one out in my family.  I had dark hair and eyes and olive skin.  How did I have all these fair kids?

I shouldnt really be surprised. I have a fair haired blue eyed sister.
