It is time to update this page. Time moves on and our lives change. I have now given up full time teaching and moved to a part time role. This has been caused by a reassessment of what I want out of life. I no longer need the stress and strain of running a large department and have decided to explore my love of art.

Some things don't change though. I am still married, with three children who are now setting out on their own lives. The last one, my daughter, is still a student but has moved out of home and I now have an empty nest. I still love textiles and it is in the use of these that I will explore my use of art.
