I have been looking for days at a painting of "The fishermans mother" that Pam is using for her Houston Project and wondering where I have seen that face before? Then it came to me. My father's sister, my Aunt Mona.
I only have one photo of her and that was in a family group back when she was in her early 50's. She had dark curly hair and the most beautiful blue eyes. Her grandmother was Irish and she inherited the celtic colouring and a look of this woman in the painting. I lost touch with her and my cousins when I moved overseas. I came back to find they had moved and I could never find out where they had gone.

Well now you need to make a quilt of her honey.

(Song) Oh when will I find time. (la, la, la.)

Heavens, yes - time, that rare commodity. I bet your Aunt Mona didn't scurry around as we all do!

At the moment time is precious. Why do we accept all this pressure?
