A cold blustery wind has been blowing all day. It seemed worse this morning when we drove up to Peregian Beach to visit our daughter who has been holidaying up there. I took the time whilst I was there to drop into my favourite fabric discount fabric outlet and bought a small bundle of fabric and a large bundle of notions.
I arrived home to find that my new embroidery book had arrived in the mail from Italy. It cost far more than I had expected but is beautiful. I think that I will stitch this lamp shade.
But first I have to get this design onto my linen for my Schalm Embroidery class tomorrow!
